On March 15th and 16th, 2025, the Balloni in Cologne-Ehrenfeld will transform into an oasis of European wine culture. 74 wineries will present their exquisite selections, with a focus on organic cultivation and sustainability – reflecting the modern wine world and its responsibility towards the environment and society. The Weinsalon Natürel highlights Cologne's reputation as a place of encounter, where openness and diversity come to life in social interactions.

Sunday offers a special highlight: the 'Sunday Special' with over 20 additional wineries, which do not yet meet the criteria of the main exhibition but are valuable for their uniqueness and innovative strength.
