Cultural experience and new perspectives

On the first Thursday of every month, Cologne's museums open their doors until 10 pm as part of Cologne Day. This event offers an impressive opportunity to take a closer look at art and culture away from everyday life. Historical collections, contemporary art and diverse special exhibitions invite visitors to explore Cologne's multifaceted history and cultural heritage. The city's numerous museums, from modern galleries to historical treasure troves, invite you to experience creative impulses and promote cultural interaction.

This makes the first Thursday of the month a fixed date in the calendar, offering the opportunity to get to know the city and its people from an authentic, cultural perspective.
