Since it was founded in 1994, "Il Gelato di Ferigo" in Goltsteinstraße has been an integral part of Cologne's gastronomy scene. Giacomo Ferigo, known as the "ice cream professor", has made a name for himself through his love of experimentation and quality awareness. With over 600 ice cream flavours created, the ice cream parlour remains a paradise for culinary enthusiasts.

Ferigo's philosophy is based on the use of fresh, natural ingredients and the avoidance of preservatives, colourings or synthetic flavourings. This reflects a sustainable awareness and offers consumers a responsible choice. The reduction of sugar is also part of the programme, which makes both the traditional varieties and the unusual creations a unique treat.

The creative diversity is not only expressed in varieties such as pumpernickel or orange-basil. Special recipes for lactose intolerants and vegans ensure that all visitors get their money's worth. Gluten-free waffle crescents are a new addition to the range, rounding off the inclusive offering.
