Guided-tour through the European Astronaut Centre

The transfer from/to the city center is not included in the below stated prices. If needed, we are pleased to book a coach transfer for your group. The costs for the coach are not included. The tours can be booked Weekdays from 5:00pm to 7:00pm and on request also in the weekend. Max. size per group: 25 persons. Special cancellation policy: a free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the scheduled date. Registration requirement: 15-20 min. latest before the start of the tour at DLR gateway. An official photo identification or passport is required and must be shown on the spot. For the obligatory security check the following information must be provided 14 days before the scheduled date latest: 1. given name 2. surname 3. date of birth 4. nationality 5. address Persons who are not mentioned on this list or whose information is incomplete will not be allowed to participate on the tour. Due to the fact that the EAC is a dynamic workspace, circumstances, such as PR activity or astronaut training, may lead to alterations or the cancelation of the tour. Space Time Concepts reserves the right to cancel or alter fixed tours on short term notice. In such cases Space Time Concepts strives to provide you with a timely, alternative tour date. Please consider this when you are planning your trip. The data required for the tour of all group participants will be forwarded by KölnTourismus GmbH to Space Time Concepts GmbH. Space Time Concepts GmbH will forward this data immediately to the visitor registration of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Cologne, Porz. The KölnTourismus GmbH as well as the Space Time Concepts GmbH delete the personal data after successful forwarding or after conclusion of the event.
